job Brief
The Sales Admin Support Coordinator provides vital support to the sales team by preparing and submitting quotations and tenders, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the availability of sales materials.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Assist and collaborate with team members or other departments as needed to achieve company or departmental objectives.
• Prepare the sales order checklist.
• Identify issues and report them to the team leader.
• Communicate information clearly and respond to colleagues' questions effectively.
 

 Material & Supply Inventory:

• Ensure adequate inventory of sales materials and supplies, and make sure all sales representatives have the necessary materials readily available..

 

Documentation:

• Ensure all FOC sales orders are approved by the Sales Supervisor or Division Managers.
 

Database:

•Maintain and organize the database of quotations, tenders, and other relevant documents on the company’s shared drive for easy and quick access.
 
 
 
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelors Degree
  • Additional details: Candidates are preferred to be based in the UAE and must be willing to move to company visa. 
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience
  • Job Specific Skills: Require good knowledge in Supply & Demand Planning and good Excel skills.
