job Brief
The incumbent helps the sales representatives improve their productivity by supporting them with any task related administrative duties.ACCOUNTABILITIES
Policies & Procedures:
- Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
LPO:
- Circulating LPO’s and contracts via e-mail to the concern Salesperson
- Forwarding email to concern department coordinator for updating product delivery schedule.
- Maintain Database of LPOs & Contract Copes and other documentations file in the company shared drive for easy and quick references.
- Coordinating with Sales Coordinator and sales staff for LPO
- Support and assist fellow team members / departments, as and when needed to meet company / department goals.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues.
- Identify problems and address it to the team leader.
- Respond to any inquiries regarding the department and task.
Sales Support:
- Support and assist fellow team members / departments, as and when needed to meet company / department goals.
- Prepare sales order checklist.
- Identify problems and address it to the team leader.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues.
Documentation:
- Ensure all FOC sales orders must have Sales Supervisor/Division Managers approvals.
Database:
- Maintain database of the quotation/tenders/other documentations file in the company shared drive for easy and quick references.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year as applicable
- Job Skills: good communication skills & MS. Office skills - time management skills.
