job Brief
The incumbent is accountable for performing a diverse range of legal and admirative tasks for legal department. Additional tasks for this role involve assisting corporate formalities and compliance matters, along with reviewing and draftingPolicies & Procedures:
- Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
Legal:
- Provide Zahrawi employees with any legal matters.
- Coordinate with the HR team for any active Labor cases.
- Follow up with Labor courts on all pending cases.
- Work with the Finance Department and following up with all active Civil cases.
- Follow up with the Finance Department for any Collections or bounced cheques.
- Maintain a copy of all Legal files and records and ensure that there are no problems with the files.
Supplier Contracts:
- Review any new Supplier Contracts that have been sent from the Sales team and suggest any changes before being submitted for a final signature.
- Review any Supplier Contracts that are being renewed and suggest any changes that need to be done.
- Maintain a copy of all new and old Supplier Contracts on the Shared Folder and ensure that all supporting documents are available.
Due Diligence:
- Ensure that all Due Diligences are completed within the specified time frame.
- Submit all completed Due Diligence to the relevant team with all supporting documents attached.
- Maintain a record of all Due Diligence with the supporting documents.
Translation:
- Translate any legal documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Update the Shared Folder with all documents that have been translated along with the relevant files.
Admin:
- Conduct Legal research as and when required by the management.
- Draft all legal documents.
- Follow up with the concerned department for registration of new licenses and trade license renewals.
- Take minutes of the meeting when requested.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Additional details:
- Candidate should be willing to move to Company Visa
- Candidate should be based in the UAE
- Experience: 3 - 4 years of experience
