job Brief
The incumbent is responsible for helping Zahrawi to improve their market access by supporting them at MOH & governmental accounts.ACCOUNTABILITIES
Policies & Procedures:
- Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
Governmental Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with major customers including managers and key officials in the medical supplies department at MOH & governmental accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities aligned with the transformational plan of vision 2030 and Zahrawi transformational growth plan.
- Coordinate with division leaders to represent Zahrawi portfolio to key officials in the medical supplies department at MOH & governmental accounts.
- Build and maintain a positive public image for Zahrawi.
- Organize Public Relations events for example open days, press conferences and serve as the company’s spokesperson.
Commercial Support
- Help commercial team to improve their market access by supporting them at MOH & governmental officials.
- Coordinate with marketing team to spotlight Zahrawi activities and competencies during media campaigns.
- Study the organization’s objectives, promotional policies and needs to build public relationship strategies that promote products, ideas and services.
Data analysis and reporting
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and maintaining accurate records of contact details.
- Send periodic reports to the Line Manager.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 3+ Years of Experience related to public & governmental relations work
- Job Specific Skills: Strong interpersonal skills & Good communication skills - Good English and Arabic language proficiency – Good presentation skills - Good MS Office Skills - Customer Focused - Creativity & Problem-Solving skills.
- Additional Details: Candidate should be Saudi National and should be based in Riyadh. Should have a valid KSA driving license and should be willing to travel as per business needs.
