job Brief
The incumbent is responsible for all projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results that the customer requires. They are also responsible for the sales of Linet lines in the UAE.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business Development:

  • Establish contact with new customers to inform them of our products, understanding their need and how we can help them.
  • Provide potential customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations to them and gathering their feedback.
  • Follow up with the new customers after the demo session to negotiate contracts and packages.
  • Ensure all details of the contract are compliant with our rules & regulations.

 

Project Implementation:

  • Define site-specific equipment installation requirements, collaborate with the internal teams to create a time-frame to deliver the project to the customer and outline installation implementation plans.
  • Ensure that all new laws and regulations are implemented in the project.
  • Oversee the procurement of supplies and materials needed for the projects, including equipment and labor costs.

Project Management:

  • Identify and resolve any and all customer issues that may arise during the implementation of the project.
  • Identify out-of-scope opportunities and inform the appropriate Sales team member to ensure that the customer’s needs are met and that there are no delays in implementation.
  • Meet established project metrics, including pre-install planning, risks/potential issues, and risk mitigation strategies, project delivery, and closeout.
  • Assist in measuring the customer’s happiness during and after installations.
  • Monitor progress on projects, communicating with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the work that is being done, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Direct and guide activities to meet deliverables of the projects.

Post Project Implementation:

  • Read / review design drawings for creation of project-specific databases and operational considerations based on equipment utility implications.
  • Ensure that the project is fully complete and ready for handover to the customer.

Linet:

  • Responsible for managing the Linet lines in the UAE.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers by providing them with support, information, and guidance.
  • Providing existing customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations to them and gathering their feedback.
  • Assisting the customers in answering all product-related questions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Recommending new service improvements to further build on the relationship.
  • Negotiating contracts and packages with existing customers.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing Zahrawi standards.
  • Contributing to the team effort by achieving the annual target set by the management and assisting the team when needed.

Market Knowledge:

  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new products in the market and understanding their advantages and disadvantages.
  • Identify product improvements and new products to evaluate their position in the industry.
  • Plan and assist with new product releases and events.
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Manage customer concerns in a proactive manner and providing customer-focused solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintaining close contact with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the services being provided to them.
  • Oversee medical equipment inventory activities and recommend existing equipment for future transfer.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders to answer questions, interpret data and explain requirements, regulations and procedures as applicable

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Additional details: 
    • Candidate should be willing to move to Company Visa
    • Candidate should be based in the UAE
  • Experience: 6 - 7 years of experience
  • Job Specific Skills: selling bulk equipments, project management, medical furniture, medical beds
